G. I. Gym Bootcamp 101

A 3 Week Beginner’s course

Every Tues & Thurs 7pm • Curriculum runs in 3 week cycles.

8 person capacity to ensure proper emphasis on instruction

Beginners will learn the basic, fundamental fitness movements in a small group and finish with a workout. Special attention will be given to proper warm up, cool down, teaching proper mechanics, and ensuring that you feel comfortable in our gym.

This program is designed to introduce beginners to Functional Fitness movements in a safe progressive way. Every class we will Coach you on proper form and technique in multiple skills while gradually becoming more intense.

$100 for the three weeks of “101” classes plus unlimited classes for the remainder of the month!

We will be meeting every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm until we finish! (Classes can run between 1 to 2 hours.)
